RETURN POLICY

We DO NOT accept returns on any items.   If an item is received damaged or was incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately at info@athomedrugtester.com. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 30% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 3 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 3 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated. To make a refund request for previously mentioned policy, please email info@athomedrugtester.com to request a refund.

Include a copy of the original receipt along with the product in a secured shipping package. No refunds will be issued without the information requested. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of a new, unaltered and unused condition is:• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way • -must not be a special order or a custom order • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period.  when the return is issued. We encourage shipping returns with tracking as we are not responsible for returned items that become damaged or lost in transit. We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
