All orders placed by 10 am PST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped out from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 10 am PST, over the weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped out the following business day. 

Order changes and cancellations

We may be able to help make changes to an existing order within a few hours after it has been placed. However, there is no guarantee. Contact us: info@athomedrugtester.com. 

At this time we are unable to reroute an order after it has been shipped.

Lost or stolen packages

At Home Drug Tester is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delivered packages that were never received by the recipient.
To best assist with an issue regarding a USPS shipment, it is best to call the local post office (not the national hotline) or file a claim.
To best assist with an issue regarding a FedEx shipment, the toll free customer service number is 800.463.3339 or  file a claim.
